Organisational Research

To help organisations in their development, we perform specialised research on:

Organisational Climate

What is this thing called culture? Can we change it and how can we alter it in order to reach our goals?
This is the point where research comes in. And this forms the starting point for structural change!
What are your goals and what do you see as an obstruction for reaching those goals? How did you create this culture, and more importantly, how do you alter it?
We have developed a practical solution to give organisations insight into these issues and a key to their resolution. This investigation often consists of a combination of interviews, group discussions and a broad survey.

Change Monitor

Dr. Kilian Bennebroek Gravenhorst - a consultant and business partner of the MonitorGroup - developed the ChangeMonitor. This method is used to enthuse people about changes within your organisation. If you are in the middle of a major change process, consider using the Change Monitor. The Change Monitor points out exactly where the problem areas are in an ongoing change process. But it also shows which aspects are developing smoothly. That can help you to improve and strengthen certain aspects of the process.

Core Values

Avoid a top-down approach when determining the company's core values. Instead of telling your employees what the core values of the organisation are, ask them their opinion! Research shows that involving the staff in the process creates wider support. This is the only way to really change the organisational goals.

A quesionnaire is a perfectly suitable method to involve the whole organisation. Employees are given the possibility to express their perception of the values as well as the opportunity to suggest changes. This leads to a greater acceptance of the core values.
