Employee Satisfaction

We perform employee satisfaction surveys over 60 times each year in both profit and non-profit organisations. To perform the surveys efficiently as well as according to our high quality standards, we developed the Satisfaction Monitor. This is a validated questionnaire to which you can add your own specialised questions. The process for performing this survey is very efficient, it will cost you only 5 hours and the results are presented in an easy-to-understand report, with detailed table reports for each part of the organisation.

Competencies

Developing an organization means developing people.
Developing people means developing competencies.
To give people insight in their competencies we developed the CompetencyMonitor: a 360 degree feedback system with 50 predefined competencies to which you might want to add specific competencies. An ideal, tailor made survey for any organisation.

Reward and benefits

Challenging reward and benefits create a better performing organisation. But what challenge do employees demand? What priorities do they have and do there exist differences in lifestyle? With our RewardMonitor we can carry out an inventory of the required challenges in reward and benefits.
