The Monitor-Group is a member of the Dutch Market Research Association. Therefore the Monitor-Group complies with the international code for market research and with the conduct on protection of privacy.

Our Team

	Arie Pieter Veldhoen - Managing Director Founder of the MonitorGroup. He is responsible for the setup and performance of the larger research projects. He studied Psychology with a specialisation in Research Techniques, Psychometrics and Statistics. He has over 20 years of experience in surveys on HR-issues and organisational research.
	Jeroen Bakker - Researcher Works allround in research projects, develops internet questionnaires, processes data and sets up research reports. He has contributed in the development of the Satisfaction Monitor and the CompetencyMonitor. He has a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Management.
	Janneke van der Ham - Researcher Performs surveys in the field of Benefits, Education and Competencies. She has a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and a Master in Labour and Care.
	Chantal Groothengel - Junior Researcher Contributes to HR Surveys such as employee satisfaction, competency development and organizational culture. She writes articles based on our research. She has a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography with a specialisation in research methodology.
	Jeanique Vossen - Junior Researcher Performs Employee Satisfaction Surveys. She has a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences and was assistant teacher in Research Methodology and Analysis.

Norbert Scholl, Candor Consult - Researcher Qualitative
A psychologist with an outstanding record in qualitative research methodology. He leads group discussions and personal interviews with employees and managers. The themes vary from organisational psychology to marketing. He is also an excellent leader of workshops and innovation sessions. He cooperates with the MonitorGroup out of his private company, Candor Consult.

Kilian Bennebroek Gravenhorst - Consultant
An expert in Organisational Change, who works as a trainer at Sioo (University Centre for Organisational and Change Expertise) and advises profit- and non-profit organisations during major change processes.
